Sierra has as many chances of getting a nomination as anyone else, it all depends on whether she is a good actress and does something with the material she is given. Laura Michelle Kelly won an Olivier Award for playing Mary Poppins, Ashley Brown was snubbed because she was so-so (some may say bland and dull) in a year of superb performances all around. Don't forget Heather Headley won an award (if undeserved) for a Disney show.
