Posted: 8/5/18 at 11:53amthis will be WORSE than spiderman, IMO. I don't think it'll last 6 months. I will be impressed if they even get this to open. my out of the box prediction early this year was King Kong won't have enough ticket sales to open.

I agree - I have no desire to see this at all, and fear it won't be around for more than six months.
Then again - I thought Spongebob wouldn't last more than six weeks, but I was wrong. There's an audience for everything, it seems.

I have no idea why they would even attempt to do this.
The movies were all bad enough, let alone trying to transfer it to the stage.
Plus it was always kind of a 'boy' thing, totally wrong audience for theatre, especially as a musical.
