I, too, think those commercials are horrendous. Nothing makes me want to run out and buy cheap Pier One Xmas stuff more than an Eileen Farrell-ish wanna-be coquette (who's greatest role came from shaving her head and playing a space alien) sultrily singing a tune that has been covered by Eartha. Wow, what marketing geniuses came up with THAT?

When did she marry Woody?

And, where is that cutie, Parker Stevenson these days?

But my opinion of Kirstie Alley remains unaltered.

Okay, RE: Ms. Alley, she has been redeemed as a viable actress in my eyes due to a funny as h@ll perfromance in a lil' movie called "Drop Dead Gorgeous". It stars Kirsten Dunst and others and is, in my opinion, a laff riot. If you haven't seen it then rush out and rent it. Truthfully, some of you won't find it funny as it takes a certain sense of humor, but some of you will pee yourself from laughing.

As for the Pier One commercials, I have effectively blocked them from my mind and refuse to admit they exist as part of Kirstie's ouvre.

Hahahaha....Those commercials scare me! I just want to pull my hair out after having to endure them.
