Kris Phillips- Has Anyone Heard of Him?

I keep watching his videos on youtube and I think he has a wonderful voice. I actually was searching on youtube for Cabaret clips and came across this one clip that has him playing the Emcee and singing Wilkommen(Finale) and it really intrigued me. He's a famous pop star in China and he's been in a touring company singing Andrew Lloyd Webber songs. I guess he is also supposed to sing this years theme song for the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
