Nice article and lots of great, rarely seen pics
Kristin Article
My first thought when I saw the title of the thread was, "Geez, is she coming out, too?"

Just saw The Apple Tree last night and just the article now. It was a good read.
That was such a cute article. Man, I love her.

Yes, but there's something wrong with it. It says that Aaron Sorkin wrote the character of Annabeth Schott on "The West Wing" for Kristin. That is incorrect. Sorkin wasn't even with the show when Kristin was on "The West Wing."
it is entirely possible that the character had been written/envisioned/developed a season or so in advance, with plans for the future.
I saw a recent interview with her and, If I am not mistaken, she said that he did write it right before he left the show. She said she decided to do it and was sad that she joined the show as he left.
i love her...the picture of her siging programs at YAGMCB was soo great.
Nice Article
haha TheatreDiva
How do you think that feels for her, working with Kudish after breaking off the engagement?
Fantastic article. Her poor dog has to wear pink Converse!

She's a cutie!
I LOVE her! I'll be seeing the Apple Tree in 2 weeks, and I can't wait!
Yeah, my dad found it and told me to read it! She's gone from a seed to a flower! (Okay, so that means she has worked her way up very nicely.) Anyway, it was a great article.
She's a doll.
“...but tough doodie. I don’t have a child or a drug problem or a husband. What else am I going to do?”
Cutest quote ever! :)
"that various people claiming to be her birth parents have recently materialized, seeking money."
You know you're a theater geek when that line conjures up a scene from ANNIE.

A musical that she was involved in 1-1/2 times. The 1/2 being that she auditioned for it as a little girl, but didn't get in becowz ov her ovahexajahrayted Noo Yawk ak-sent.
Wow, those boots must be half her height. Those things are crazy!
TheatreDiva, that made me laugh.
They're great - they make her legs look long!
I need a pair!
They do. I can sympathize with that being useful! That can't be comfortable, though.
As much as this interview made me want to hang out with her, I didn't need nor want to know that she puts tiny sneakers on her poor little doggie.
You know that must be one terribly neurotic doggie...her voice is high enough, I imagine that poor creature can hear her before she even speaks.
Never thought of that. And now I won't be able to stop thinking of it.
