LAZARUS Celebrity Cameo

First of all Lazarus is probably one of my new favorite musicals ever and I need people to discuss it with ASAP. As an avid cinephile, it warmed my Nicholas Roeg-loving heart.

ok i guess this is all a spoiler kinda lol but if you don't plan on seeing the show or never will then read because it's interesting. no plot spoilers or anything, but some might want to be surprised.

I don't think I've ever seen a celebrity cameo in a show before. No one's been talking about it on the internet either. But Alan Cumming plays a part in a video projection???? I didn't realize it was him at first and had to have someone confirm for me. It's so weird. Because it's a premade film, it looks like janky when Sophia is interacting with it, but its pretty cool nonetheless. What were your reactions to that when you saw it?????
