It says non-required, but I'm not sure. Oh, and it's in North Hollywood, too. If anyone was to actually win a spot in the chorus from here...I'd be really excited.
looks like im moving to north hollywood.
hahaha how much would that rule?

If anyone lives near San Francisco, there is also a chorus call there, too.
And, there is a kids' call in both cities as well.

BUMP is a phrase you use when you want to move the thread up to the top of the list of threads.

I wish I could -- unfortunately, I'm perfect for Mme Thenardier in a couple years, I'm much too young for the role right now.

Ah! Jealous!
hm...if only LA was on the east coast...
I went to a Les Miz chorus call, and job shadowed the casting director. I was surprised to see that alot of the people who audition aren't very talented. I mean they can carry a tune but it isnt like you'de expect. It's amazing who they let in these shows nowadays!

But neocomposer, LA IS on the East coast! Lower Alabama! SORRY... its a southern joke. I feel stupid now, cus I KNOW no one finds that funny!
Hello. You said that there will be a Les Mis chorus call for kids. Could you please give me the link to that? I've been interested in Les Miserables for quite a while. I'm a first year college student, and my high school did Les Miserables School Edition this year. That's really a bummer. The director decides to do a musical I love when I leave! Anyways, I've been trying to see if there are any local theaters that will do the school edition, but I couldn't find any. I guess this concert edition will be the only opportunity I may have. Hopefully, they allow people up to the age of 19 perform. Well, I just wanted to know if you knew the link that contains the information for the kid version of the Les Miserables audition page. Thanks!

It's only for the smaller fry, I'm sorry to say. You have to be 48" tall or under.
Sorry for the confusion.

Don't be jealous of LA -- there's another city to be jealous of, NYC.
Besides, even if I could audition, I wouldn't be in town!
They're actually in San Francisco AND Los Angeles.
