It is too bad more theaters do not provide interactive views from seat locations for their customers. I found Town Hall NYC, has one of the best interactive views, (via Seat Advisor). It gives ratings for quality of view and comfort. It also shows what the stage looks like from that seat.
By the way, I sat in the rear mezz for the Addams Family, site lines were not bad but the seats were quite uncomfortable because of the lack of leg room, so if you are tall I recommend an aisle seat.
