La Cage Seating/Rush

Forgive if this is an over-discussed topic. I saw La Cage a few weeks ago from the student rush seats and loved my seat because I was on the stage side. I also saw what the view would have been not from stage side and I wouldn't have been able to see a thing.
I'd like to take a friend to see it (tomorrow) and am considering the rear balcony seats for the same price as student rush. Has anyone sat there? How far away does it feel? How high is it? Is it worth it or should I just stick with the rush if I can get it?

In the boxes on each side of the stage. 8 seats in each box, 4 rows of 2.
Thanks for all the input. I went ahead and did rush seats, but I'll check out the view from the balcony for next time (maybe).
