"In the London production, they add "to Fiyero" at the end of that line, for whatever reason. It doesn't fit well with the music."
I thought that was so the audience would realise/know that Elphaba knew that Fiyero was engaged to Glinda...slightly stupid I know but that was the only reason I could think of.
They've also added a little bit at the end of the scene where Nesa makes it clear that the reason Elphaba's going back to the Emerald City is to see Fiyero, not to rescue the monkeys. That's the pert I think Schwartz meant.
