I think this is just a code for "we couldn't find enough investors in time". I know for a fact that they were still trying to raise money as short as two weeks ago.

And let's be honest, saying "we don't have the money" never sounds quite as good as "we lot an investor".

This is a pity. After Josh Hamilton's incredible performance in THREE SISTERS, I was really looking forward to this.
