Large Group Musical for Competition!

Hi everyone! My team is in desperate need of some ideas for competition in the large group musical category. 
Here are the rules:
- up to 16 students. Boys and girls. 
- 5 minutes max 
- song should tell a story 
- strong characterization

- no costumes
- props allowed

-allowed to use up to 16 chairs and a table

My troupe can dance, sing, and work with all sorts of staging! Help us out please and list some ideas down below! (thought out not too popular but great songs that could be a winner)

Bells of Notre Dame from Disney's Hunchback. It tells the whole story from Frollo's teenage years up until the present. It is a very spectacular number, that with proper staging will wow an audience. (Many oppurtunities for solos as well.)

Joy of the Lord from Hands on a Hardbody. If you have a fantastic high belter that can screlt songs for jesus like a pro than this is the song for you. Lots of solos as well.

Ex-Wives from Six would be fantastic. (Boys could sing solos too, it doesn't matter lol)

A truncated "What you want" from Legally Blonde. Fun and up-beat with oppurtunities for awesome staging and many solos. If theres a girl who has a great singing voice and comedic chops than this would be perfect.
