Larry Kramer contact information?

I would very much like to send a letter of appreciation to Mr. Larry Kramer soon. I have scoured the web trying to find out how to reach him and have come up short - no fan mail address, no PO Box, not even an email address. Does anyone have any information on how I could get in touch? I dont intend to be invasive or relentless in anyway, I simply wish to personally thank him for his work which means the world to me on a very personal level.

According to his publisher, he'll be doing author appearances soon to promote The American People Volume Two. His address is also fairly public if you do a Google search
