I have to weigh in here. I've worked with Laura Bell Bundy on two shows. Never have I found her to be stuck up or unpleasant. Quite the opposite. In fact, there is something delightfully offbeat about her as a person. I'm surprised to see anyone striking out at her, because at least from my personal experience, she's a pro.

Melissa is Kristin's understudy, not stand-by. If Kristin can't go on, Laura will be the first choice, then Melissa.
