Shoshana deserves a lead on Broadway, and I think this could be a part for her. I'd love to see replace Idina. I can't see Sherie Rene Scott in either role, personally- I don't think she can belt Elphaba's song, and I don't think she has the range of cutesy acting abilities to pull off Glinda.

wow! i never thought of shoshana as elphaba! INSPIRED! that would be an AWESOME replacment! shed kick ass and whoever said Jordan Ballard--i dont agree she could pull off glinda

Wow, Shoshanna as Elphaba would make me rush back to see that show! I LOVED Idina (I found her to be the best part, but I also didn't see Kristin) but Shoshanna would just be... wow. Her voice is incredible. I get chills everytime I listen to her sing "Bless the Lord" from Godspell and she even manages to rip "Dreidel, Dreidel"!

Even though Coleen Sexton is my number one choice- she is the GORGEOUS brunette who plays Lucy on the Jekyll and Hyde DVD with Hasselhoff- she is incredible, and would be a PERFECT replacement. Broadway needs to see that girl again.

Billy and I are the 2 on this board obsessed with Colleen Sexton but again, I think *she's* through with Broadway. How else can you explain her absence? She's too good for it to be anyone else's choice but hers.
