It still looks better than Melora Hardin's Roxie wig there.

I don't think it's her wig that's so bad, but that you can see the masking so visibly on her forehead. Maybe it looks better on stage?

I realize that we get a revival of Guys and Dolls every decade, but I am really looking forward to this. I like the casting choices a lot.

I think Krakowski's look was far more unique for Adelaide.

She looks stunning in that picture...I'm so excited for her, I love Gilmore Girls.

And Jane looks so cute in the picture above too haha.

Lauren looks amazing. I'm excited to hear about her Adelaide. She never got to properly sing on GG, so I'm interested in what her voice is like.

Vivian Blaine, the original Adelaide was platinum BLONDE both in the Broadway show and in the film.

I think you're thinking of her in real life, or in State Fair, where she was a redhead.

besty, I think people are imagining Adelaide as a redhead because Faith Prince had reddish hair for the '92 revival.

That said, I think Graham looks stunning in the pictures.
I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.

I'm sure you're right, ww11. That, and the fact that Blaine WAS a redhead for much of her career.

But back in the late 1940s (after State Fair), she was a platinum blonde. That included her stint as the original Adelaide on stage and in the film. Afterwards, she went back to being a redhead.

I'm sure that's playing into it.

But Adelaide, as created by Miss Blaine, was a blonde, baby!

oo thats great! ive been looking for Guys and Dolls promo pics. Shes going to be a great adelaide.
