This movie will NEVER happen.... maybe it's made-for-tv. I can't believe they were ballsy enough to put out a press release. Don't hold your breath. Let's put this on the shelf with "In the Heights" and "Batboy"

She's too old. Despite her terrible acting on Glee and NYE. I thought she was quite wonderful in Spring Awakening under a trained director. As of her current work......

According to Wik... Mr McG wants to make this an independent film for 25 mil from his own company and film it in 6 weeks, Then he can start on TINK, a live action about Tinkerbell (not kidding).

Wedekind subtitled Spring Awakening as a children's tragedy.

The team that created Spring Awakening the musical didn't seem too concerned with most of what Wedekind did, so why expect that the movie would be any different?
