"Movie in My Mind" and that scene is available on youtube. and yes, its the Manila cast.

Isn't she too old for Cinderella? Cinderella lives with her step mom - if she is in her late teens thats understandable - but a woman in her 30's who lives with her step mom is just a leech.

It is the Manila production. There are some people out there who own the video (and I've been trying to get a copy) It was given to the cast. That DVD misses (I read) "American Dream" which is awful. It also comes with a documentary... the making of the production in Manila... so, if there is someone out there who owns a copy... PM me please!!!

Salonga is an exceptional actress. Her performance of Kim was one of the greatest of all time.

Chino, what was supposedly bad about the "American Dream"? The video of Leo Valdez in the Australian production on YouTube looks pretty good so was it just his performance that evening? I heard the last ten minutes were missing from the DVD. Do you know if the end scenes are included?
As far as the video, what I know about it from Lea's old blog was that it was filmed on Dec. 24, 2000. She herself received only half of the show on DVD. For those not familiar with the cast, the Engineer is played by Leo Valdez, supposedly Cameron Mackintosh's favorite Engineer (having played the role in London, Sydney, and the Asian Tour), Thus is played by Robert Sena, an original London cast member and if I'm not mistaken, the original Stuttgart Thuy as well. The Gigi in the "Movie in My Mind" clip is the original Gigi from the OLC.

Odd, Leo Valdez is one of the most popular Engineers.
That video was amazing, btw. Made me fall in love with the show (and Lea) all over again.
