Les Miserables 25th Anniversary Concert will be on DVD.

Sep 14, 2010 — 5:41:10 PM

Jeff Nicholson, a current cast member of the production at the Queens Theatre and will be part of the concert, tweeted that the concert is going to be filmed and will be on DVD. He also said that it will also be screened on selected VUE Cinemas. Thank God, Lea and Norm's performance will be preserved. :) Link: http://twitter.com/Jeffjeffdejeff/status/22391937600 PS- I don't really get why they released a live recording of the 25th Anniversary Touring Cast. I didn't like the recording at all.

Dshar, I'm not saying that other Asian Americans can't play the role. Of course they can. Am just saying there's a possibility that they will head to the Philippines and scout talents.

I don't think Charice can act the same way Lea Salonga, Monique Wilson can. She can be trained, yes. I guess we'll see. Sarah Geronimo can hit high notes if need be, and she can really act.

Sarah Geronimo should play Kim. Great actress, stunning voice! Forward the video to 1:50 because she gives a tagalog speech before starting the song. Won the World Championships for the performing arts, I don't know if he could act, but he loves Miss Saigon, and is friends with Lea Salonga. Here's Lea Salonga and Jed Madela singing "A Whole New World" Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tr1ejPPDHPk

Am still not sure how I feel about the revamped "Fame" song. And yes, it does look like very Step-Up. I hope this movie is good.

Omigod! Noooooo... I'm just hoping this won't affect the filming. Please film. A great show, with great award-winning performances should be filmed. It's a shame if they won't. Yes, January is a dark month for Broadway.
