I was unaware there was even a rumor of her joining the show. It's as though someone made an announcement that Meryl Streep will not be playing Hedda Gabler.

Thats a shame... coz I would love to see her on the show. I got bored with the Idina Menzel/Lea Michelle story line that i started to skip the last few episodes... yawn*

After reading the article, I am heartbroken because it seems they found Rachel's rival. =[ That was one of the roles that they were considering from the myspace glee auditions.

I told EVERYONE the Myspace auditions were a crock. I told them they had probably already cast the roles and were going to claim they came to an open audition or that they were going to have the people submit auditions to make it all look nice.
