I don't think some of you understand what the OP is saying. They are not stating you can't buy a single seat if you are solo. Of course that is allowed. What they are saying is it won't allow you to LEAVE a one seat gap between you and the next patron. So if Seat 1 and 2 are sold, and seats 3,4,5,6 are unsold. You can't purchase seats 4 and 5 and let set 3 by itself on an island. You MUST buy seats 3 and 4 so that 5 and 6 are together as a pair, or buy seats 5 and 6 so that 3 and 4 remain as a pair. If you were purchasing as a solo patron, you could be allowed to buy seat 3 or 6 in that scenario above.
