Hello everyone! I had a quick question about a practice that I feel isn't very common. Has anyone had success leaving an item at the stage door to be signed, then coming back to pick it up later in the day? I'm coming into the city in a couple weeks, and I am attending the final performance of She Loves Me. As many probably know Laura Benanti has been so gracious to send out signed playbills to those waiting to get her autograph. She really is a class act for doing that (not that it's expected that she has to do that or do anything for that matter). I like to buy a window card and try to get it signed by the cast when I go see a show. Seeing that Laura doesn't sign on an individual basis, I was going to try to buy a window card in advance of seeing the show, and try to leave it at the theatre around noon (on a two show day), and come to try to pick it up around 5 or 6. Does this seem like something that would work? I would just love to have her autograph on the poster. Any insight would be amazing!
