A line they cut from the show. Andy Karl said it as Dewey, Paulette's ex-boyfriend, when he saw that Paulette baked a birthday cake for her dog in the shape of a bone. ("And it's not easy to find dog-friendly chocolate substitutes!")
It was pretty hilarious.

I think Sutton Foster and Christian Borle have to be the funniest couple to... ever exist
