"Both Sat shows? I have tickets to the matinee and am hoping to see Lauren go on as Elle."
I'm not 100%. I'm going to assume Lauren WILL be doing both, LBB has Miss America (or something) to judge in Cali this weekend.

Becky is out for about 5 more weeks. So Laura and Lauren are going to continue alternating the role. The chances of both of you seeing Laura Bell are pretty good, I'd say.

you know, I haven't noticed ANY Michigan Stage Door pictures from anyone, and I thought it would be one of the most popular stops seeing as Lauren is from there..maybe not..?

I might be stage door-ing on Sunday for the matinee. We'll see how that goes.
Considering it has been below zero degrees here the past few nights, I can't imagine too much face time.

I stage-doored in East Lansing last night. I got everyone's autograph and pictures with Lauren, DB, Natalie, and LBB. They are extremely nice. But they really try and get LBB out as quickly as possible. Don't worry about the cold, because you are allowed to go in the door to like where the vending machines and dumpsters are. Just dont got through the BIG double doors. It's much warmer inside there and most of the performers RUNNN right out the door because it is SO COLD! Becky and Paul came out of the SD as well, but VERY early. Becky was indeed on crutches, and I feld so entirely bad for her. I have to run to rehearsal right now, but I can answer any more questions or post a review when I get back.

The shows Lauren is playing Elle in are as follows:

January 17th Matinee, January 18th Both, January 21, 22, 23, 24 Both, 25 Both, January 29 Matinee, January 31 Matinee

February 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 Both, 8 Both, February 10, 11, 12, 14 Matinee, 15 Matinee, 21 Matinee, 22 Matinee, and February 24.

Woah, they let you inside? I was at the stage door Tuesday night, and there was a pretty large group there, all waiting outside. My friends and I left about 5 minutes before LBB came out though because our fingers and toes had basically lost feeling.

A man came out (I'm pretty sure he is a local orchestra memeber because I saw him when Wicked was at Wharton) and told us that we could go inside the first door and wait but to not go any further. I thought it was very nice of them. Before we went in I saw Becky and Paul coming out from the clinic. Overall I thought it was a great night and Laura Bell seemed to be having a lot of fun up there.

I thought this production was better than the Broadway production I saw on its closing weekend! Not just because of LBB, she was terrific. But man the rest of the cast really is fantastic as well. I could on forever about D.B. Bonds, Coleen Sexton and Natalie Joy Johnson. The casting directors really hit the nail on the head with this one. I encourage everyone to get tickets!

I loved Coleen in Jekyll & Hyde, but she was great in this.
