I didn't walk by this morning, but considering it's still summer, I'd guess it' very simlilar to weekends.

7:30/8. Any later than that and you're pushing your luck. I'd lean more towards the 7:30 end. Possibly 7.

I walked by the other day at 8:30 and the line was already down past McDonalds.

I saw it on a Saturday and got there at 7:30 and I was about 7th in line. Got nice center 2nd row seats.
RIGHT NOW: Closing DISNEY'S WHEN YOU WISH at Marquee Productions (Apr. 23-26)
