There's a cuople of other on ebay!
Would you pay 500+ to sit in the front row of the Broadhurst where you'd have to look up for a portion of the time for the 5th to final performance?
I'm a big fan and I can't say I would!
I have tickets for Row A for the final performance on the 6th -- and I paid regular price for them.
Interesing that the description says "third row" -- is the seating chart incorrect? Or does the Broadhurst have rows AA and BB?
Your so lucky! I couldnt get tickets for any show I could go to except tomorow night, & i'm in Row J of the Mezz...worst row: full price tickets, 3 rows from the back!
And I think it only goes AA and then A...I sat in Row D on the right side once and I thought I was in the 5th row. Hmm..maybe an error?
In sincerely hope you're not the one selling those tickets, philly.
I was in the front row for the afternoon show on Halloween via student rush. I don't mind sitting that close but I wouldn't pay that much.
The Broadhurst does not have rows AA, BB, etc. It's just A, B..
I'll be there front row at the final show too! Paid regular price as well
Aren't you clever lizziecurry
Anyway, no I'm not selling the tickets, actually looking for the original souvenir program on there.
I'm helping you make this page not as wide as Jennifer Lopez's butt.
HAHA!
Lizzie, you are my favorite!
I love front row at the Broadhurst. The stage is low enough that you don't have to crane your neck.

Good to know, thanks, Marianne. I've been to the Broadhurst before, but haven't sat in the front row there.
Very much looking forward to seeing this with JOJ as Valjean. I was supposed to see it November 11, but the strike screwed that up.
I'm a huge Les Mis fan, but no way would I pay that much money...sure the memories will last forever, but it's not like it's a big show (like a closing or cast change ect)
but some people are crazy...
Kec- I hope you like JOJ, i saw him 5 times back here in the UK and I love him...
Miss Elphaba, I LOVE JOJ. I first saw him as the Phantom in London the night of his final performance, then saw him later that year for the first time as Valjean. I've since been to the London production several times, including the 21st Anniversary celebration. I was thrilled when I learned he was going to Broadway, and had plans to see him for the first time on November 11. Sadly the strike screwed that up for me. I'm disappointed that the show is closing so soon as John was supposed to be with the NY production for six months, but am very glad that I gave into the impulse to purchase the front row seats when I did.

I have Row B Center Orchestra. If your seats are row A Center, I will be happy to trade. Kindly PM me if you are interested.
p.s. Seriously, I happen to like front row. We could even switch, if you wish, after you see the two locations. But please let me know if you have any interest.
p.s. -- is your question directed at me? If so, I don't want to trade my Row A seats, which are pretty close to the center.
Miss Elphaba, further to my response to your message, do you have a copy of John's cd?
I've sat in the front row at Les Mis in the Broadhurst a couple of times and it's the best place to be. Les Mis is one of those shows that takes you on a journey and when you are that close, you become a part of the journey. Also, the Broadhurst has a slanted and very low stage so sight is no problemo in the front row.
Why would Row J be the worst row?
Does anyone know how the view is from the rear right orchestra? I don't know if I should see Les Mis or Fantasia's last in The Color Purple...?

Why would Row J be the worst row?
That's Mezzanine Row J, the most distant full price seating.
p.s. Row K has been priced at about half, and the last row, L, at about a third.

BroadwayEnthusiast2, the view from the rear orchestra is slightly obscured (particularly on the sides) during the scenes with the barricade because of the barricade's height. The rear mezzanine will probably block your view a little.

Ugh, I REALLY want to see Les Mis when I go to New York next week, but I guess if tickets are like that. I won't be seeing it.

I know I'm going to be shot down for saying this, but IMO, anyone who'd fork out $500.00 to go through all that misery needs a tonic.
Saw the show last night with my Mezz Row J seats and actually..it's not all that bad the view is clear, but still knowing that someone two rows ahead of you is paying 36$ isn't too comforting. Oh well, JOJ & Judy Kuhn were amazing!
And when I picked my tickets up at the box office last night, it sounded like all they have left for the run is Tuesday, January 1 pretty good seats, January 2nd @ 2, and I know Friday-Sunday of next weekend is soldout!
philly03- Woah you saw the phantom 21st Celebration? I don't even like the show but I'm jelous! I'd also love to have seen JOJ as Phantom, but it was just before my time. What do you think of Ramin Karimloo as phantom (I'll even link this a bit On-topic- Ramin was in Les Mis..twice!) I saw him as standby and loved him, but much prefer him as Chris (Phantom doesn't take his top off!)
No, I don't have JOJ album, I keep forgetting about it when I'm down! *shame..*
