I saw the show last week and absolutely hated it. Watching the video, I think it makes the show look much better than it is. Use your powers of resistance!!! Buy the cast album when it comes out maybe (the music wasn't so bad, good or really good at certain points), but see something better with your hard-earned money! I really wish I'd heeded the advice of others on this board.

This video definetly does something the show needed EDITING!!! I'd prefer it sung-through. I hope they make a movie out of this... it seems to lend itself to that the most. Let us hope Linda Wolverton isn't allowed near a musical again. I saw Lestat twice and enjoyed it. I can't wait for the cast recording. The music is really quite wonderful,, much better than Phantom and yuck Producers.

How can you knock "Elephant". "He's Packing his Trunk" was one of the most moving songs ever written.

Yeah.

Seeing that really, REALLY makes me want to see it now. I thought with all the angry buzz surrounding it that it wasn't going to be that good. But now that I hear the music, I really, REALLY want to see it now. My favorites are "Right Before My Eyes," "I Want More," and "Welcome To The New World". I love those songs so much.

I really like the show, mainly for the score and the cast. The book is terrible, so poorly written, so many unnecessary scenes.

Allison is my favorite thing about Lestat and her 3 scenes are awesome!

I LOVED IT TOOOO!!!

My favorite songs was definately "I want More" and "Sail Me Away". I really want to know how much it has changed though!!! (I'm sooo happy they changed the ending)

If anything, it's worth seeing it for Allison Fischer, she's freakin amazing.

ok so i'm new to these things...how do you add a picture? I'm sooo bad at computers, but i want a pic!
