Posted: 9/27/10 at 4:45amI believe you have to prove you have reason to see a video and then you are allowed to watch it once and only once. I believe simply wishing to see it is not reason enough to be granted permission, but this is all hearsay, and I may have been mislead.

Posted: 9/27/10 at 10:56amYou don't have "to prove you have reason to see a video;" you just have to have a reason. You can pretty much make anything up. My understanding is that most of the time saying "I'm doing research" is more than sufficient, if they even ask at all.
