Did anyone else enter in Times Square or in other locations yesterday for Wednesday Night’s performance? Interested to see how many people win and eventually where your seat locations are.
I did! I entered at the Times Square location and there was a long line, I waited for about an hour to enter. I am guessing my chances are probably pretty small, but I will update here if I end up winning!

Just got an email that we have been selected! Very excited as the Minskoff was the last of the 41 theatres I needed to visit.

Out of curiosity, are all seats for the evening performance on Wed 11/15 reserved for this special 20th Anniversary Lottery? I see that tickets are not available for sale on Ticketmaster for that show.

Got my winner email too! I also entered at Times Square. Received it exactly at 11:00 so I'm assuming every hour they'll send emails for the unclaimed tickets. They give you a code and ask how many tickets you want.
And yes, all 1700 or so seats for that night are being given out through the lottery.

I was unable to make it in to enter due to illness.
If someone has a code they are not using for 2 seats I would be forever grateful.
I know it's a long shot but it doesn't hurt to try.
Thanks all
My partner and I went to Times Square to enter and go through the celebration (even though we could have just gone to the library next door to us and entered there too). I actually won but stupidly didn’t check my email fast enough and missed out on the tickets. Waiting to hear if he won as well!
Has anyone gotten tickets after the initial wave at 11:00am? Wondering if it's over or if I should still keep an eye on my email?

I'd still keep an eye out. Unclaimed tickets or leftovers from the people who only wanted 1 ticket should still be rolling over. Also, one of the Lion King attendants at the Times Square event said that they're going to send out an email letting everyone know when all of the tickets have been claimed. There's still hope!

I got my email at 11am and claimed, but I haven't received any more info yet (11:07a EST) with ticket pickup info.
Has anyone else received ticket pickup info yet? So nerve-racking that we had to enter the code and then wait again to see if it was "accepted".
Arg!

Didn’t anyone read what was posted on their website?? I didn’t win and I know the pick up information...
Directly from their website: “Will call begins at 12pm. Wednesday, November 15 at the Minskoff Theatre box office. To avoid long wait times, we recommend that winners pick up their tickets before 4pm.”

Was just as anxious but got the pickup email about 10 minutes ago. The above information is correct! Weird that they put it on the website before letting the winners know directly.
It also says that the house opens at 6:30 and any tickets not picked up by 7:15 will be released. Wonder if they'll have a standby line for those leftover tickets, and how they'll organize it...

That information was always on website, it was just the small print at the bottom, but it has been there since the announcement of the lottery.
It originally said unclaimed tickets will be release to a cancellation line, now it just says they will be released.

LxGstv: Yes, but when you get the original "you've won, here's your code" email and entered it, you then received a notice saying that IF your entry was accepted, pickup info would be sent today. You didn't get anything else in regards to confirming your code was accepted. Hence our worry.
I got my email at 11:34am too, so I'm a happy camper and will be at the theatre at noon :)

I did :) Still giddy, forgot to post here!
i was in line at 11:20, and they started handing out right before noon. I was maybe 10th in line, but by the time I left with my tickets, the line was halfway to Juniors.
I recommend going as early as possible - they have only two ticket people handing out tickets. One is for last names A-L and the other for M-Z.
I wonder if they'll eventually split it more, seems like just two at a time is going to take for ever.
I got amazing seats - Center Orchestra Row L. Holy Schmackary's Cookies!
Let us know where you all are sitting :)
Does anyone know if they are doing a standby line? I'm thinking about dropping by after work to see if anyone doesn't collect their tickets.

Yes, any tickets not claimed by 7:15p will be given to the standby line beginning at that time. I assume there are already people in the standby line though, but it doesn't hurt to try.
Let us know what the states s is if you try Standby.

We also are in L and could not believe how amazing the seats are when we picked up around 12:30! It’s going to be a great night!

Stand by line is only for people that got an email saying they were in stand by, not a general cancellation line...

No line for pickup right now! I got Orchestra row B way off to the side. I can't complain. I've never seen the show so I'm stoked.

So you're saying people were notified by email that they received standby status? If so that's good to know, thank you!
