I know there's a hundred threads on this musical, but I just love it! And miss it.

Seeing Show Business on Monday brought it all back and I feel as if Taboo closed just yesterday…
There’s a new 3 DVD set being released on May 16th. It appears to be a reissue of the London production DVD with more extras. Maybe some Broadway stuff?

(I read someplace that it's 3 DVDs. Don't see that in the listing now though...)

Exactly. Seeing the footage on the big screen at Tribeca definitely brought back memories.

You are so correct!
I was one of the lucky ones to see this show, and I am baffeled by its unsuccessful run.
It was a great show.

Mark my words...one day I will be a producer..and I will bring it back. Better marketing...new book....same heart and music.
But Rosie...thank you's are not enough. So, I won't...but I hope she knows how much this and EVERYTHING she does affects us. (kneeling to the queen of nice STILL)

Posted: 4/27/05 at 2:08pmThis show will not be produced regionally. Rosie has all rights to the show in the us. And since she has every intention of bringing it back to broadway in a few years she won't release the rights. I really hope she does bring it back. I saw the show only once but it was closing night and it was a magical evening of a wonderful show! I miss taboo....

I am hoping by the time she puts it back up, i will be out of grad school and ready to do a real job. I would cut my right arm off to be working on that production...even as a spot light op....but i would love love love to be either a producer or a SM
keeping my fingers crossed
