I can't for the life of me figure out who "Little Lotte" is/was in POTO. Christine's childhood nickname? A spirit? Someone please enlighten me.

The childhood name Christine had when she played with Raoul.
And the other thing about the Phantom Lady was, Bert, she realized, in the city that never sleeps...

Yeah it makes no sense which is why it works so well in an Andrew Lloyd Webber show.
