Little Mermaid info please ?

hello !

I'm new here and I would have some informations about the Little Mermaid show please :)

I'm planning to see the show on August, but for you, what are the best sits to see it ?
and how can I know if the "originals" actors are playing their role or if this is the understudies ?

Welcome. :)

IN my opinion, I think the best seats to sit in is the front mezzanine, so you can fully take in the effects, set, and lighting, but also be close enough to see costumes and facial expressions very well. Orchestra is good too, about 8-10 rows back in the center.

The entire original cast should still be there in August, but some understudies may be on when you go.

TO know in advance, go to broadwayunderstudies.com, understudies let the site know when they will be going on. It's not a complete list, but it has alot. Also, check the performer's websites, they may post when they will be out.

ON the day of there is a board that lets you know....it's called the At This Performance Board an it lists who will be playing the role that day.

If a listed performer will not be performing, there will be an insert in your program indicating the change.
