Is it true that this song was cut from the new "revival" version of Les Mis????
Yep.
Gavroche "sings" the 1984 version of "Ten Little Bullets"
I heard from several people that it was.
*cries*
Ali Ewoldt said so herself.
The Gavroche song does not appear in the rest of the show: I actually don’t know anything about its origins, but it seems closer to the intention of the novel. I’m not sure if I mentioned this before, but the actual “Little People” section of his solo is cut, so it also wouldn’t make sense to have a reprise.

He still sings
"Good evening dear inspector, lovely evening..."
Through
"It only goes to show what little people can do"
Then the chorus for that was dropped, which I guess is what she was talking about. When she wrote that blog I assumed that the entire section was gone.
And then he sings the "Ten Little Bullets" business when he goes to get the ammo.

Wow .. I was totally expecting a different discussion when I read the title of this thread ....
That bugs me, When I was little I used to LOVE that song
Me too, I thought this was gonna be about the strange phenom of so many dwarfs and midgets recently attending Broadway shows.
