I noticed a couple of variations of a lyric in 'Don't Feed the Plants' - anyone know why these have changed in different productions/recordings?

They may offer you lots of cheap thrills
Dates and discos in Beverly Hills

They may offer you lots of cheap thrills
Fancy condos in Beverly Hills

I believe the “dates and discos” line was used for the movie, because in the original filmed ending (which you can now watch on BluRay) Audrey II attacks a dance club as that line is sung. The stage version uses “fancy condos”.
