ok. the ending of the video, the big choral style reprise of "astonishing". can anyone (maybe elphie) tell me if that was in the show when you saw it. because when i saw it sutton was cut off by prof. bhaer to come into the wedding. it was a song called "sometimes when i dream"... i was really annoyed there was no big ending. so maybe they added this which would make me so happy. please elaborate.

I can't remember if it was there when I saw it at Duke.

WOOT....nice to see so much support for Little Women. I loved the show!!! They all sounded fantastic.... I was hoping for a clip from
DAYS OF PLENTY.... but i guess ill just have to wait.

Jenny Powers is beautiful.... wow.

(Dont kill me for saying this but if maureen was a little older i think shed be a fantastic morrible in wicked....)

Megan McGinnis & Jenny Powers are the perfect Beth & Meg March in my mind. They have the look, the sound, the feel or Beth & Meg. Maureen McGovern is as always wonderful to look at and listen to.

Ap- on astonishing?? There is a big ending. But it is the end of act 1 so no one cuts her off... I hope that is what you meant.

apdarcey- That song in the video is the end of the Act 2 opener- "The Weekly Volcano Press." The song you are talking about, at the very end of the show, is pretty much the same as when you saw it. There is no real big ending. Sutton just sings a small reprise of "Weekly Volcano," but it is much mellower. She sings "Sometimes when you dream, your dreams come true in extraordinary ways. Suddenly a day can be so amazing." Then Prof. Bhaer comes and gets her.
MatureDiginity-I am almost positive it was almost exactly the same at Duke.

I got the email from the Pickwick Club and I was so excited. I can't wait to get the album becuase I haven't had a chance to see it yet... so the album is my way in until I get the chance to go to NYC

I NEED this recording now!! when is it coming out?? I LOVED the whole cast except for Amy,lol Im sorry she was just annoying. Dont want to give anything away but... what Amy did to Sutton's character in the play wanted me to knock Amy out. I dont understand why people dont enjoy Megan. I thought she had a very good voice!
