Ya know, possums - I just read the title of this thread and got a very disturbing visual stuck in my head...

"I don't really get the ending,all i can go with is when after several months,Judith saw Pat sang,and later she kissed him on the toilet,after that the story back to where Pat went down from the stage after he'd sung,and he went to the italian lady.I just don't get it,what Judith exatcly meant when he kissed Pat that she had seen,and did Pat end up together with The Italian Lady?Please help me,thank u very much!" Quote from someone on IMDB in reference to a movie he/she didn't understand. Such grammar!

Girlfriend was in definite need of a "doll". Poor thing had the shakes. Looked like she was going through withdrawel and having a breakdown right there on morning T.V. It was not a pretty sight!

I think that pic's been played with a bit. About 30 lbs. are missing.

And I've been watching Liza for over 30 years - those were not nervous shakes.

Yes, Liza lives in NY but is rarely there since she travels all over all the time - working in LA on Arrested Development, doing concerts, summer on the Cape, etc.

She didn't make it to the party, however...understandably with Fred Ebb's death.

Other great stars came to celebrate Bobby Short's 80th...opera's Jesse Norman sang spectacularly "As Time Goes By" and "Happy Birthday". Songs from Broadway/cabaret people like Cy Coleman, Julie Wilson, Tony Bennett.

It was worth leaving the Oz closing party for (well, almost).
