The music is by Maurice Jarre. It's part of his score for the movie Ryan's Daughter, but I'm not sure if the song is in the film or if the lyrics were added after.

In the film of RYAN'S DAUGHTER, the melody is known as Rosy's Theme, sans lyrics. Words were added later.
