Longest running plays (not musicals.) ?

Does anyone know where I could find a list of the longest running straight plays on Broadway? The one on playbill.com has musicals mixed in, and sometimes reading it, I'm not sure what's a play and what's a musical?

The longest run was LIFE WITH FATHER, which ran from 1939 to 1947.

#2 is TOBACCO ROAD.

#3 is ABIE'S IRISH ROSE.

If you look up "longest running broadway shows" on google, it should give a link with that exact title. It will give you the same list as playbill, but the plays are indicated with a /.
