This is the third play-to-film news in three days consecutively! First AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY then CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF - which play will be tomorrow?

I saw the ghastly revival of MASTER HAROLD that Price "directed" with Danny Glover. I can't see how on earth this is a good idea. Is Glover backing it himself?

I had the great good luck to see the original production, with Price as Harold, and it was one of the highpoints of my theatregoing life. How Price could have so completely botched that revival is a complete mystery to me.

Not another one. Showtime already did a 'film' of this back in 1985 with Matthew Broderick.

After CAMELOT, I can't believe anyone would want Lonny Price to direct anything.

With so much other good material out there to be filmed, I don't see the point.

If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

I think it is wonderful material, just a bad director and a miscast star.
