I think it's about 26 seats that they hold for the lotto.
Not sure how many people have been showing up (I've heard between 40-70) but if you are going to try, just remember that there is NO LOTTO this Wednesday the 21st because it's the offical opening.

I've been to the wicked lotto on Feb 14. It's 26 tickets total (13 pairs). When I went there were probably 60 people trying for tickets and all were trying for pairs. If you win, you get two buttons that you show for the tickets at $25 each cash. The seats appear to be all on the first row orchestra center.
I've seen the show twice since its opening by going alone and picking up a single ticket an hour or two before the show. On the Sunday matinee, I was in Row R, far Orchestra Right and on Feb 14th I was in Row G near the Orchestra Center aisle.
If you don't win the lottery, get immediately into the cancellations line (you'll be probably the first one).

Posted: 2/19/07 at 3:44pmDo they only have cancellation tickets for the top dollar tix? I cant really afford to see it unless I win the lottery tickets or buy the $30 seats in the balcony. Are there usually cancellation seats for $30?

Posted: 3/2/07 at 3:22amI had friends that did it last week [Friday night perf] and they said there were about 100 people or so..they were lucky enough to get tix, so that's what I know. I'm guessing your chances are prob better on a weeknight than the weekend though.

Any tips on where to park to do the Wicked lotto?
Seeing that there is a chance I may not win tickets...this is a risky business :)

There are meters on Argyle, or if they are all taken I usually find a spot on Vista Del Mar St.
There was no show yesterday because of the holiday so there is a matinee at 2pm today. Good luck! :)
