Lost Tickets! What do I do??

I lost my tickets to Spamalot! I can't find them anywhere. They're for May, so I have time - but what do I do?? I bought the tickets right at the box office, not through Telecharge. I used a credit card, so in theory they should have a record of it. Does anyone know what I should do or have the direct box office phone number?

I would call telecharge and ask them first. It is possible to find a direct number, but they are never too helpful. Explain that you lost your tickets, and your credit card info, etc....and they'll have 'em on record. They should anyway....

Yeah the will have record of your purchase on file. what you should do is go to the theatre and explain to them what happened. what THEY should do is come show time....you'r seat isn't filled....ID checked they should reissue you you'r tickets/

make sure you get to the show early.. in case someone found your tickets.

Did you lose the tickets while you were out and about, or somewhere in your house? If you lost them out the street, you definately should contact the box office.

Contact the box office and give them the show date, the seat numbers, and your credit card information. They'll reissue the tickets and hold them at will call for you. It's no problem, they do this all the time.

Thanks for the advice. I lost them somewhere in my house- they probably went out with the recycled paper. Does anyone have the direct number for the Shubert box office? Thanks!

How did you buy them? Did you pay with a credit card?

If you payed with a credit card then the box office will have a record of it.

Ever notice that when you buy your tickets with a credit card that the tickets have your name on them? They will give you a seating pass with your seat locations on them.

I lost my Lion King tickets once, I just went to the box office and told them my story and my information. On the day of showtime there was a seating paper with my name on it at the will call.
