Saw the DRS tour this past weekend and enjoyed it (Norbert's great!).
"Love Is My Legs" cracked me up. I know it's supposed to be a spoof of some famous love song, but I can't put my finger on which one. Can anyone help?
It's spoofing love songs in general.

I'm sure it is, but to me, it's just a spoof on every uplifting, gospel-choir-miracle-worker love song in history. :)
I definitely thought Norbert was going into his "Roger" voice for this one. And THAT cracked me up.
It is a spoof of sorts, yes- like "making fun of" ALL I ASK OF YOU from PHANTOM or, say, LAST NIGHT OF THE WORLD from MISS SAIGON.
THE SONG THAT GOES LIKE THIS from SPAMALOT is also like this
I took it more as a spoof of 80s mainstream pop love ballads rather than 80s Broadway pop love ballads, but I guess there's not a huge difference, is there?
Yeah, I found it to be a parody of a mainstream 80s ballad as well. It's quite funny.
i love Love Is My Legs! :) that's one of my favorite songs from the show.
