TWS recorded their own version of Adam Sandler's Hanukah song for this year's Carols for A Cure CD.
Kevin Cahoon did the BC/EFA speech tonight - it must have just started because this is the first of the buckets I saw.
Stocke, McGurk and one other person who I forget did the buckets.
So excited to hear it!
I saw Christina tonight too from SRO. Show was sold out...again. Good to hear. Christina was lovely. Her acting and comedic timing was great and she now holds the place of honor in my heart for best line delivery right before "If I Told You"

tonights show was great. Christina far surpassed my expectations, she was fantastic as julia, youd think she was playing julia for a whie now. like with tina and laura, she has her own little mannerisms that make her unique and special. the crowd loved her. i hope she gets the chance to play julia again, because id love for more people to get to see her.
and as far the carols for a cure cd, its pretty good. the hanukah song is great. not the full cast, but heres whos on it:
Adinah, Matt Allen, Tracee, Richard, Kevin Cahoon, Ashley, Christina, Amy, Matt Stocke, Eric, and Constantine.
everyone has at least one line in the song, finally good to hear some of their voices outside of the ensemble.

well, i sent them 2 letters- 1 in May, 1 in September
i think they are sort of responding to both of them, because in May i didn't include a playbill, in September i did, so i think they signed my playbill, but responded to the letter from May...lol, confusing
so it either took them 5 months to get back or...1
:P
but Tina wrote in the note she just found the letter so I am very confused!
oh well, at least i got something!

BC/EFA goes up until Gypsy of the Year. It usually runs for a while, at least into January. It seems they are starting it earlier this year, or that might just be me.

With Tina?
"I'm learning to dig deep down inside and find the truth within myself and put that out. I think what we identify with in popular music more than anything else is when someone just shares a truth that we can relate to. That's what I'm searching for in my music." - Ron Bohmer
"I broke the boundaries. It wasn't cool to be in plays- especially if you were in sports & I was in both." - Ashton Kutcher

Yup! She was great! And she still took time to sign autographs even though she was rushing to a wedding.

i think yesterday was the first time they had the cds to sell. after curtain calls, kevin cahoon grabs a mic and tells everyone about the BC/EFA foundation, and matt stocke, michael mcgurk and the guy that replaced Mr T (sorry, cant remember his name for anything lol) all went to the lobby with buckets to put donations into, and stocke was selling the cd.

I heard she was phoning Christina to wish her luck. So sweet!
