Lynne Wintersteller is the new Mother Suprior in Sister Act Tour

So I noticed that Lynne Wintersteller has replaced Hollis as Mother Superior? anyone seen her yet or know her work? I have seen Victoria, Carolee and Hollis and Carolee remains my favorite.

Lynne is spectacular, and her voice is still as amazing as it was twenty-five years ago, when she originated "Life Story" in Closer Than Ever (see linked video). She'll make a terrific Mother Superior.

I saw her in The Night of the Hunter's sorta... maybe... pre-Broadway run. The show was a mess, but she was one of the best things about it.

Ditto- she's spectacular. I saw her play Margaret in a production of The Light in the Piazza and was blown away.

^You are so lucky!! I ran into her when the tour was in DC. She started rehearsals that week. Would definitely like to see her if she's still with the tour when it hits Baltimore in June.

I saw the show on Wednesday night and she was amazing! I would have loved to se Carolee in the role but Lynne is spectacular!!!!

I saw her last week when the show was in Worcester. Having seen both Victoria Clark and Carolee Carmello in the role, I'd have to say that Lynn was my favorite.

Hollis Resnik is currently taking a break from the SISTER ACT tour to perform as Judy Garland in END OF THE RAINBOW at Milwaukee Repertory Theatre. I'm seeing Hollis this weekend. Check out the link in this message for pictures from this exciting production...

I really want to see what Isabel Keating would do in ‘End of the Rainbow’- She was flawless as Judy Garland in The Boy From OZ. Tracie Bennett was also stunning in the role. The Show itself isn’t the best, but Tracie was amazing.
