There's a song in the film "Easter Parade" called "I Love A Piano" by Irving Berlin.

And the title of the song from Ragtime is "Your daddy's son" It does talk about pianos.

"It All Comes Out of the Piano" from "Day in Hollywood, Night in the Ukraine"--the entire song is about composing on a piano.
