So I might audition for my new school's musical theatre club in a couple weeks, and I was wondering: if I wanted to pick either "When Will Someone Hear?" From MARTIN GUERRE or "China Doll" from MARGUERITE, which do you guys presume the people doing the auditions have heard less? I am trying to go as obscure as I know so they won't have much to compare my audition to, and I was thinking these two songs are pretty, in my range, and I know them very well. Thanks in advance!

I would say Marguerite would be a little more obscure. I saw the show in London and enjoyed it. In the end, I think you should go with the song that shows off your voice the best.
Yeah. They are both right about the same as far as the vocal showcasing goes.
I actually prefer How Many Tears over When Will Someone Hear. It was one of the only changes I preferred in the new Martin Guerre.
