I was reading the Playbill.com article on LoveMusik, and this was at the bottom of the article:
"LoveMusik is produced by Manhattan Theatre Club (Lynne Meadow, artistic director, Barry Grove, executive producer) by special arrangement with Marty Bell, Aldo Scrofani, Boyett Ostar Productions, Tracy Aron, Roger Berlind/Debra Black, Chase Mishkin and Ted Snowdon. (The commercial names attached indicate a hope for a future life beyond its not-for-profit MTC launch)."
And with Roundabout now just importing shows in (SITPWG), are they straying from their mission at all? I mean, I'm not saying I'm not glad SITPWG is coming in, and I can't wait to see LoveMusik, but I mean, I think there is a line non-profit institutions shouldn't cross, and here, I think they may have. Thoughts?
