When you license a show from MTI, how long does it usuallly take for the time you order the show until the time you are ready to begin rehersals? Thanks!

Sorry, don't know the answer Quiche!

It takes several weeks before they send out the materials -- can't be more specific as I usually do my paperwork waay ahead of when I need it. (ie. I pay for the licensing in June, and the materials are always waiting for me when I get back to school in Sept (or very late August.)

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

Unless you are willing to pay for extra rental weeks, they send out materials eight weeks prior to your opening day.

Once they receive your signed contract and money, they can send out your materials within days, if you pay extra for expedited shipping. Otherwise, figure a ciuple of weeks.

Jon's point is an excellent one: I do believe they say you will get it in that time frame provided they have rec'd your payment with enough processing time (This info is on their website.)

For some reason, I assumed the OP was worried about turnaround time as if they were sending in payment/paperwork at the last minute.
