Madonna songs on PRISCILLA Cast Album

Does anybody know/understand why "Material Girl" and "Like A Prayer" were recorded on the album, but the "Holiday/Like A Virgin" mashup was not?

I'm guessing it's probably because Holiday/Like a Virgin were mostly snippets of the songs included in the midst of a book scene. The Kylie medley from the Australia/London productions that I assume was part of the same scene wasn't recorded either.
