Is there anywhere online I can find male monologues from FOLLIES. Any from Ben, Buddy, Dimitri Weissman? I haven't seen the show live, but I'm pretty sure the male leads have monologues in FOLLIES.
Can anyone direct me to them on the net? Or kindly maybe even scan them for me from a libretto? That would be greatly appreciated. I kind of need them by tomorrow, so any kind of responses would be great.
Thank you.

I don't think there's any male monologue in Follies that would work at an audition. There's Buddy little joke-story when he first enters and is looking for Sally. And you could piece a little something together from his fairly brief speeches to Phyllis before "Girls Upstairs." And there's his little speech to an imaginary Sally where he breaks up with her. Or his little speech about Margie. But I really don't feel that any of these would be enough for an audition.
And, really, there's nothing for Ben.
And Weissman's welcoming speech doesn't really seem like something you'd want to use for an audition.
Anyway, I don't know of any place online where you could find them.
The only monologue in Follies that I think would be useful for audition purposes is Phyllis's.

Well it's not really for an audition.
It's for a graded performance in a High School Theatre Arts class. And I really want to do something from a Sondheim show.

If anything, in a class you'd probably want to do something a little longer than you might want to do at an audition.
I don't know why you'd go for something from a Sondheim show when you presumably could do something from Albee, Guare, Miller, Williams, Pinter, O'Neill, etc., and I do love the books for most Sondheim shows.
Offhand, the only really good male monologue of any length that I can think of from a Sondheim show is Robert's monologue to April in Act Two. Maybe I'm forgetting something. There's that monologue of George's that was cut from the show but is in the published script, but I don't it's all that interesting.
You could do The Tale of the Courageous King from PO, but that's a storyteller type of thing, not so much a character monologue.

Thanks Nobodyhome. Lately I've been so inspired by Follies, I just wanted to do something that involves it.
But anyway. I settled for to do something from my favorite show. Chicago. Billy Flynn's defense speech to the Jury.
